Hotel Zum Weissen Rössl - Welcome in the mountains above Bozen in South Tirol

Our hotel „Zum Weißen Rössl“ (white steed) is located in the centre of Sarntal, embedded amidst spectacular mountains. The traditional guesthouse is ideal for families with children and all those looking for relaxation and peace. We offer a large beer garden with adjacent lawn and sunbeds, a sun terrace and a generous playground for the delight of kids and adults alike.

Enjoy nature in a calm and friendly ambience. In the summer you find numerous walks, rambles and mountain trails; in the winter a shuttle brings you directly to the nearby ski area Reinswald.

Sarnthein, the major village of Sarntal, is well worth a visit. At the end of the day, you can unwind in our restaurant and rejoice in a fine glass of wine and the delicacies prepared by our head chef Hans.

For the past 30 years, the hotel was managed by family Rizzi. Since May 2016 we, family Kemenater, welcome you here. This change in management has brought about a new flair and some interesting changes. The adjacent residence is still managed today by family Rizzi.
